Guide to Abstract Submission:
  • ⁠Your abstract should be a PDF document, exceeding not more than 5 mb of file size and should be well structured.
  • ⁠You need to submit the name, institutional affiliation & contact information of the presenting as well as the co-authors.
  • Please ensure the email address & mobile number of the presenting author is accurate, as this will be the sole method of communication regarding acceptance.
  • ⁠Abstracts once submitted cannot be edited.
  • Abstract Guide:
  • ⁠Word Limit: 500 words for the abstract body (excluding the title).
  • Title: Must be written in CAPITAL & BOLD letters. Use font – Times New Roamn, Font Size - 14.
  • Abstract body: Use font – Times New Roman, Font Size – 12.

  • Oral presentation :
  • ⁠Duration: 7 minutes for your presentation.
  • Discussion: Follow with 3 minutes for audience questions and discussion.

  • Poster presentation :
  • ⁠Poster 36" X 24" inches (3ft x 2ft) in Portrait.
