Instructions for Abstract Submission for Free Oral/ Poster Presentations
- The abstracts must not have been published at any conference proceedings/ journal before.
- All abstract submissions to be done online in the link provided.
- Preference of Oral/ Poster presentation should be indicated .
- Abstracts will be reviewed by scientific committee.
- Committee holds the right to accept/reject or to consider an abstract either for oral or poster presentation.
- The decision of the Scientific committee shall be final.
- The final decision regarding the acceptance of submissions as oral or poster presentations will be communicated on or after January 27th.
- Acceptance is subject to registration for the conference.
Guide to Abstract Submission:
- Your abstract should be a PDF document, exceeding not more than 5 mb of file size and should be well structured.
- You need to submit the name, institutional affiliation & contact information of the presenting as well as the co-authors.
- Please ensure the email address & mobile number of the presenting author is accurate, as this will be the sole method of communication regarding acceptance.
- Abstracts once submitted cannot be edited.
Abstract Guide:
- Word Limit: 500 words for the abstract body (excluding the title).
- Title: Must be written in CAPITAL & BOLD letters. Use font – Times New Roamn, Font Size - 14.
- Abstract body: Use font – Times New Roman, Font Size – 12.
Oral presentation :
- Duration: 7 minutes for your presentation.
- Discussion: Follow with 3 minutes for audience questions and discussion.
Poster presentation :
- Poster 36" X 24" inches (3ft x 2ft) in Portrait.
